5.7 Using the core temperature sensor

2. Press the "START STOP" button.
The left display shows the lowest log number.
"HAC" appears on the center display.
The right display flashes the highest log number.
3. Turn the left and right rotary knobs and select the log range.
4. Press the "START STOP" button.
"HAC" appears on the left display.
"USb" appears on the center display.
A continuous stream of characters appears on the right
display.
The HACCP log is exported to the USB stick.
5. Press the "STEP" button.
This returns you to the Setting menu.
Risk of injury from a bursting core temperature sensor
• The core temperature sensor can burst as the result of overheating of the
measuring tip.
• Never heat the core temperature sensor with an open flame or other heat
sources.
Risk of burns from hot surfaces
• Grasp the core temperature sensor by the handle, remove it from the
cooked food and carefully place it into the holder.
• Protect arms and hands by wearing suitable protective gloves.
Material damage due to improper handling of the core temperature
probe
• Do not let the integrated core temperature probe hang out of the unit.
• Before removing the food, grasp the core temperature probe by the handle
and remove it from the food.
Measuring the core temperature is recommended for all types of cooking to
achieve an optimal result.
The unit has a core temperature sensor in the cooking chamber and can be
equipped with an optional connection for an external core temperature sensor.
