Press the Plus button or the Minus button.
The cooking chamber humidity level is increased or decreased.
The center display shows the cooking chamber humidity.
The cooking time can be set for up to 23 hours and 59 minutes in 1-minute in-
crements.
Continuous operation is stopped automatically after 23 hours and 59 minutes.
The hours and minutes appear in the display.

Turn the right rotary knob.

Rotate to the left, unit switches to continuous operation, right
display indicates "- - - -".
Rotate to the right, increase cooking time.
