Stress Tests: General Information
The Stress Test mode of the MAC 1200 ST allows you to run complete
exercise tests. Depending on the connected exercise device (bicycle
ergometer, treadmill, Master Step), the ECG unit will control the test to
varying extents. In

The Stress Test mode is only possible with MAC 1200 ST units with
the ERGO option.
Before recording the first exercise test ECGs, the unit must be set up
accordingly (e.g. by selection of the ergometer model and test protocol).

During an exercise test the following occurs.
The ST segment is analyzed in all 12 leads.
3 leads are shown on the display.
12 (selectable) leads are recorded.
The ECG is continuously monitored for arrhythmias.
All relevant measurement results are stored and can be retrieved after
the test.
The maximum length of an exercise test is 90 minutes. After the end of
the test, the unit prints a final report. The report includes the following
information.
