Chapter 2
Disassembly - motor drive, cpl.
Before performing any work on
electrical components, unplug the
instrument!
1. Disconnect the cable connection at the motor
(5), see chapter 'Electronics'.
2. Disconnect cable connection at the bearing
block (28), see chapter 'Electronics'.
3. Detach screw (see chapter 2.5, item no. 56).
4. Slightly push roller (see chapter 2.5, item no. 54)
downwards and unhook toothed belt (44).
5. Remove nuts (2) and retaining washers (3).
6. Remove mounting plate (1) with all attached
components.
Disassembly - motor (5)
1. Remove screws (7), locking washers (8) and dis-
tance sleeves (6).
3. Remove motor (5) towards the rear.
4. Take off toothed belt (12).
5. Remove setscrew (10) and then tooth lock
washer Z1 (11).
6. Detach screws (64).
7. Pull off connector (65) and distance sleeve (66).
Disassembly - bearing block (28)
1. Take off locking washer (45).
2. Loosen setscrew (10) take off tooth lock washer
Z5 (43).
3. Remove nuts (31) with retaining washers (3).
4. Unhook toothed belt (26).
5. Remove the entire bearing block with all
attached components (28).
6. Loosen setscrew (52) and remove
electromagnetic clutch (48).

Motorantrieb kpl. ausbauen
1. Kabelverbindung am Motor (5) trennen, siehe
Kapitel Elektronik.
2. Kabelverbindung am Lagerblock (28) trennen,
siehe Kapitel Elektronik.
3. Schraube, siehe Kapitel 2.5, Pos 56 lösen.
4. Laufrolle, siehe Kapitel 2.5, Pos 54 etwas nach
unten drücken und Zahnriemen (44) aushängen.
5. Muttern (2) mit Scheiben (3) entfernen.
6. Getriebeplatte (1) komplett mit allen Bauteilen
abnehmen.
Motor (5) ausbauen
1. Schrauben (7), Scheiben (8) und Distanzhülsen
(6) entfernen.
3. Motor (5) nach hinten abnehmen.
4. Zahnriemen (12) abnehmen.
5. Gewindestift (10) lösen und Zahnscheibe (11)
abnehmen.
6. Schrauben (64) entfernen.
7. Steckverbinder (65) mit Distanzbolzen (66) ab-
nehmen.
Lagerblock (28) ausbauen
1. Sicherungsring (45) entfernen.
2. Gewindestift (10) lösen und Zahnscheibe (43)
abnehmen.
3. Muttern (31) mit Scheiben (3) entfernen.
4. Zahnriemen (26) aushängen.
5. Lagerblock (28) komplett mit allen Bauteilen ab-
nehmen.
6. Gewindestift (52) lösen und Kupplungslamelle
(48) abnehmen.
