A 5 Bottom Plate, (A 5.1 Disassembly - Motor and Transformer)
Disassembly - Motor
1. Completely lower the elevation/rotation
mechanism (carousel), see Chapter B 4
'Control Panel and Key Functions'.

Before doing any work on electrical
components, unplug the instrument!
2. Open up front cover, see Chapter A 2.1
'Disassembly - Transformer Shield'.
3. Remove screw (61) and cover (65).
3. Unplug all cable connections at the motor (1),
see Chapter B 12.2 'Motor1.
4. Remove screw (10) and washer (9).
5. Remove washer (8), deflection roller (7), axle
(6) and distance sleeve (5).
6. Unhook toothed belt, see Chapter A 6.1
'Disassembly - Elevation / Rotation Device'.
7. Remove setscrew (13) and synchronizing
disc (12).
8. Remove screws (4) and washers (3).
9. Remove the motor (1).
Disassembly - Transformer
1. Unplug all cable connections at the
transformer (21).
2. Take off screw (22) and washer (23) and
remove transformer (21).
Ausbau Motor
1. Hub- u. Drehmechanismus ganz nach unten
fahren, siehe Kapitel B 4 Bedienfeld und
Tastenfunktion.
A Vor Arbelten an elektrischen Bauteilen
ZiA unbedingt das Gerat vom Netz trennen!
2. Frontblende offnen, siehe Kapitel A 2.1
Ausbau Trafoabschirmung.
3. Schraube (61) entfemen und Abdeckblech
(65) abnehmen.
3. Samtiiche Kabelverbindungen am Motor (1)
trennen, siehe Kapitel B 12.2 Motor
4. Schraube (10) und Scheibe (9) entfemen.
5. Scheibe (8), Umlenkrolle (7), Achse (6) und
Distanzhulse (5) abnehmen.
6. Zahnriemen aushangen, siehe Kapitel A 6.1
Ausbau Hub- und Drehmechanismus.
7. Gewindestift (13) entfemen und Synchron-
scheibe (12) abnehmen.
8. Schrauben (4) und Scheiben (3) entfemen.
9. Motor (1) abnehmen.
Ausbau Trafo
1. Samtiiche Kabelverbindungen am Trafo (21)
trennen.
2. Schraube (22) und Scheibe (23) entfemen
und Trafo (21) abnehmen.
