Adjustment Sectioning Motor
Slow / Fast
Tool: Screw driver
I I I I I . Zero drift
Set the sectioning motor speed to rapid prior to
initialising the instrument.
Select continuous stroke mode of operation;
set a large sectioning window and start the instru-
ment.
Set the speed potentiometer to zero and check at
the sectioning motor whether all movement has
actually completely ceased.
In case the motor is still moving, bring it to a halt by
adjusting potentiometer R39.
II II II II II. Halt point
Set the speed potentiometer between zero and the
first index line and adjust R39 so the motor rotates
at a very slow speed.
Set the speed potentiometer to zero and, at the
potentiometer, check the halt point.
Perform an instrument RESET, or rather switch the
instrument off and back on.
III III III III III. Adjustment sectioning motor-slow
Prior to initialising the instrument, select 'Sectioning
motor – slow'.
Set zero drift and halt point the same way as descri-
bed under I. and II.
The adjustments have to be done with potentiome-
ter R38.
Once the adjustment procedure is finished, safe-
guard the potentiometer with sealing lacquer.

Abgleich Schneidemotor
Langsam / Schnell

I I I I I .Nulldrift
Geschwindigkeit des Schneidemotors bei der Initia-
lisierung auf Schnell stellen.
Das Gerät auf Dauerhub einstellen;
Ein großes Schneidefenster wählen und Dauerhub
starten.
Den Geschwindigkeitspotentiometer auf Null stellen
und am Schneidemotor überprüfen ob keine Bewe-
gung mehr erfolgt.
Sollte sich der Motor bewegen, mit Potentiometer
R39 zum halten bringen.
II II II II II. Haltepunkt
Geschwindigkeitspotentiometer vor den ersten
Markierungsstrich stellen und mit R39 eine geringe
Drehung des Motors einstellen.
Geschwindigkeitspotentiometer auf Null stellen und
dort den Haltepunkt überprüfen.
Gerät reseten, bzw aus und wieder einschalten.
III III III III III. Abgleich Schneidemotor-langsam
Bei der Initialisierung des Gerätes 'Schneidemotor
langsam' wählen.
Einstellung sowohl der Nulldrift als auch des Halte-
punktes identisch zu Punkt I. und II.
Die Justage erfolgt mit Potentiometer R38.
Nach Beendigung des Abgleiches Potentiometer
mit Sicherungslack sichern.
