7. Take off locking washer (20) and remove clutch
intermediary (48a) with adjusting washer (50).
8. Remove screws (61) and washers (62).
9. Remove lower half (48b) of the clutch.
10. Remove locking washer (40) and washers (39).
11. Pull off bearing bush (37) and clutch shaft (33)
forward.
12. Pull off deep groove ball bearing (41) from
bearing block (28).
13. Detach locking washer (35) with deep groove
ball bearing (18) and levelling disc (34).
14. Pull off clutch shaft (33) forward.
15. Detach deep groove ball bearing (18) with tooth
lock washer Z4 (38).
16. Remove locking washer (40) and take off
levelling disc (42) and washer (39).
Remember when reassembling:
1. The intermediary part (48a) of the
clutch may have a maximum axial
play of 0.2 mm. If this is not the case,
compensate with adjusting washer
(50).
2. In case the threaded rods (30) had
been loosened, they have to be glued
into the bearing block (28) with
Loctite 638.
3. Glue tooth lock washer Z4 (38) onto
bearing bush (37) with Loctite 638.
Disassembly - roller (54)
1. Remove screw (57) and retaining washer (3).
2. Take out roller (54) with deep groove ball
bearing (56) and axle (59).
Attention, deep groove ball bearing (56) is glued
into roller (54) with Loctite 638.
3. Pull ball bearing (56) / axle (59) out of roller (54).

7. Sicherungsring (20) entfernen und Kupplungszwi-
schenteil (48a) mit Paßscheibe (50) abnehmen.
8. Schrauben (61) mit Scheiben (62) entfernen.
9. Kupplungsunterteil (48b) abnehmen.
10. Sicherungsring (40) mit Scheiben (39) entfernen.
11. Lagerhülse (37) mit Kupplungswelle (33) nach
vorne abziehen.
12. Rillenkugellager (41) von Lagerblock (28) abzie-
hen.
13. Sicherungsring (35) mit Kugellager (18) und Ku-
gellagerausgleichsscheibe (34) entfernen.
14. Kupplungswelle (33) nach vorne abziehen.
15. Kugellager (18) mit Zahnscheibe (38) abziehen.
16. Sicherungsring (40) entfernen und Kugellager-
ausgleichsscheibe (42) mit Scheibe (39) entneh-
men.
Ausbau der Laufrolle (54)
1. Schraube (57) mit Scheibe (3) entfernen.
2. Laufrolle (54) mit Rillenkugellager (56) und Achse
(59) entnehmen.
Achtung, Rillenkugellager (56) ist in die Laufrol-
le (54) mit Loctite 638 eingeklebt.
3. Kugellager (56) mit Achse (59) von Laufrolle (54)
abziehen.

Beim Einbau beachten!
1. Kupplungszwischenteil (48a) darf ein
max. Axialspiel von 0,2mm
aufweisen, ggf. mit Paßscheibe (50)
ausgleichen.
2. Falls die Gewindestangen (30) gelöst
wurden, sind diese mit Loctite 638 in
den Lagerblock (28) einzukleben.
3. Die Zahnscheibe (38) mit Loctite 638
auf die Lagerhülse (37) kleben.
