Chapter 4
Installing the specimen head
1. Inside the cryochamber, insert the specimen
head from above into the corresponding
opening and secure with four screws (2).
2. Fit copper pipes (see chapter 4.2) and copper
pipe output of the specimen head into each
other and solder up.
3. Fit capillary tube (1) into the copper pipe of the
control valve and solder it in.
4. Fit the copper pipe input of the specimen head
into the copper pipe of the control valve and
solder it in.
5. Install a service valve on both service pipes
(pressure and suction pipe).
6. Evacuate regfrigerating system for at least three
hours with a two-stage vacuum pump.
7. Fill refrigerant into refrigerating system, see ad-
justment instructions.
8. Press shut both service pipes right before the
service valves and then remove the service
valves. Solder up the openings.

Montage Objektkopf
1. Objektkopf von oben innerhalb der Box in die
dafür vorgesehene Öffnung einführen und mit
vier Schrauben (2) befestigen.
2. Kupferrohr, siehe Kapitel 4.2, und Kupferrohr-
Output vom Objektkopf zusammenstecken und
verlöten.
3. Kapillarrohr (1) in Kupferrohr von der Regelven-
tileinheit stecken und einlöten.
4. Kupferrohr input vom Objektkopf in Kupferrohr
von Regelventil stecken und einlöten.
5. An den beiden Servicerohren (Druck- und Saug-
seite) ein Serviceventil montieren.
6. Kühlsystem mind. drei Stunden mit einer zwei-
stufugen Vakuumpumpe evakuieren.
7. Kühlmittel in Kühlsystem einfüllen, siehe Justier-
anleitung.
8. Beide Servicerohre vor den Serviceventilen zu-
sammendrücken und die Serviceventile entfer-
nen. Öffnungen zulöten.
