Remove and slide the water pump assembly.
Remove the 6 x 35 mm bolts [1].
Reinstall the water pump assembly.
Remove the 6 x 32 mm bolt [2] and sealing washer [3].
Remove the following:
– Water pump cover [1]
– Gasket [2]
– Plate [3]
Remove the gasket [1] and dowel pins [2] from the
water pump body.
Remove the water pump body [1] and O-rings [2] from
the cylinder head.
Do not disassemble the water pump body.
