10.17.2 Music on Hold
When a call is placed on hold, the IP phone will send an INVITE message to the specified MoH server
account according to the SIP URI. The MoH server account automatically responds to the INVITE message
and immediately plays audio from some source located anywhere (LAN, Internet) to the held party. For more
information, refer to RFC worley-service-example.
10.17.3 How to Hold call
When party A is in an active call with party B, party A can Hold this call by pressing "Hold". Then, party B will
be held on. Party A can resume this call by pressing "Retrieve".
