4.3.4 Three-point front lift linkage

Front lift linkage (FLL) is mounted on tractor "BELARUS-1523.5" against order.
Tractor with FLL is completed with front independent PTO 12, mounted on the front plane
of bracket 15 (figure 4.3.8). FLL is mounted on the front plane of beam 16 and is fixed with
two plates 3 and 4 to the beam side members and side surface. FLL hydraulic cylinders 10
are fed from side outlets located on the right as viewed along tractor movement through oil
pipes 1 and 2 and high pressure hoses. Double-acting hydraulic cylinders are fixed to
bracket 15 from one side, and from the other side they are connected with swivel levers 6
and 7 mounted on the splines of turning shaft 5 by means of rods. Swivel levers 6 and 7
are connected by means of lifting rods 11 with the FLL lower links 13 and 14 mounted on
axle 18 which passes through bracket 15. Brackets 19 located on this axle as well are
connected with lower links 13, 14 by means of buckles 17. The main purpose of buckles is
to exclude swaying of the coupled implement.
Lever 9 is mounted on the turning shaft as well as swivel levers 6, 7. Upper link 8 is con-
nected to lever 9. Lever 9 turns around together with levers 6, 7 which provides FLL speci-
fications improvement while uplifting implements along the whole height of LL operation.

Figure 4.3.8 – FLL mounting
FLL is designed for tractor operation in structure of combined assemblies and is intended
for tractor coupling with mounted implements of category 2 located at the tractor front.
FLL is intended for the following purposes:
forming of combined assemblies (at the front – cultivator, at the back – seeding machine,
etc.);
forming of echelon linkage (front and side mowing machines, etc.);
transportation of separate machines from the structure of combined assemblies of rear lo-
cation while long-distance moving.
With FLL mounted, front ballast weight mounting is not provided.
