1 TRACTOR DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

1.1 Tractor assignment

Tractor "BELARUS-1523.5" is intended for performance of various general–purpose agri-
cultural operations, primary cultivation and pre-sowing tillage, cereal and other crop sow-
ing if coupled with wide-span and multi-purpose mounted, semi-mounted and trailed ma-
chines and implements, for forage conservation, grain crop harvesting as well as for load-
ing-unloading and transportation work if combined with highly productive harvest complex-
es.
Tractor "BELARUS-1523.5" is a general-purpose wheeled tractor of traction class 3 with
the wheel arrangement 4X4.
