Pressure Sensor Replacement Procedure (HBC)

Operation procedures
1) Collect the refrigerant.
2) Remove the service panel (front lower).
3) Disconnect all connectors except the
connectors of the on-site wiring, and
open the control box.
4) Remove the pipe cover from the pipe
with a sensor.
5) Remove the braze from the pressure
sensor, and replace the sensor.
Protect the insulation materials of the
plate heat exchanger from heat damage
before brazing.

Pressure Sensor (PS3) Replacement Procedure (HBC)

Operation procedures
1) Collect the refrigerant.
2) Remove the service panel (front lower).
3) Disconnect the connectors from the
control box of the pressure sensor to be
replaced.
4) Free the wires from the clamps and the
cable ties.
5) Remove the braze from the pressure
sensor, and replace the sensor.
Protect the insulation materials from
heat damage before brazing.
