Error Code [4240, 4245, 4246]

If the output current of "(Iac) >Imax (Arms)" or "THHS > TOL" is continuously detected for 10 minutes during inverter operation.

Check method and remedy
Check the IPM and cooling plate for proper contact. (Remove the inverter board,
and check the IPM heatsink grease.)
Check that the heat sink cooling air passage is not blocked
Power supply voltage is 342 V or above.

Check that the compressor has not overheated during operation.

Check the setting for the model selection switch on the outdoor unit (Dipswitches
SW5-3 - 5-8 on the outdoor unit control board).

Check method and remedy
Check the IPM and cooling plate for proper contact. (Remove the inverter board,
and check the IPM heatsink grease.)
Power supply voltage is 198 V or above.
