Removal of the number plate holder

Unscrew the screws (16) and remove the plate (6).

On the USA version, the plate (6) has a different design and there is a bracket with side reflectors (13).

Refitting the number plate holder

Refitting is the reverse of removal; in particular apply the recommended to the screws (16) and tighten in the indicated sequence;
tighten the nuts (21) to the specified torque (Sect. C 3, Frame tightening torques).
