Data transfer rate measurement

(1) Measurement period (ARQ Enable)
Data transfer rate is measured by BN tool (prime14_cpx3_pc_bn_RevXXX.exe).
Measurement period starts when PLC CL layer of BN receive Data Request from upper layer and
ends when PLC module receive ARQ from target device (SN).
(2) Measurement period (ARQ Disable)
Measurement period starts when PLC CL layer of BN receive Data Request from upper layer and
ends when PLC module receive its confirmation.
(3) Data transfer rate calculation
Data transfer rate is calculated according to formula shown below.
User data length in byte is specified in "Request length" field on the BN tool.
