3.17 Logging network topology change

This feature enables BN tool to record every network topology change as a text file. To active this
feature, select "Output Start" in "Topology" menu which is submenu of "File" menu.
All network topology change log files are found in the folder BN tool is installed. The file name format
is " prime14_cpx3_pc_bn_topo_%Y%m%d%H%M%S.log". For example, if the file contains some
information for the topology change at 12:00:00 Sep 30, 2016, the file name should
be "prime14_cpx3_pc_bn_topo_20160930120000.log".
The topology change log file shows six parameters for each node.

EUI48 EUI-48 of the node.

SID SID of the node.

LNID LNID of the node. For Base Node "0000" is given.
LSID Local SID of the node. For Base Node "00" is given. For a Terminal Node "FF" is given.

VERSION PRIME version of the node.
