Every Service Node is supposed to “connect” with CL Type = 250 (AppEmu) before starting to participate in the BN-SN exchange of information.

It is necessary for both Tool to be started without depending on the transmission direction. (If sending device is BN and receiving device is SN, SN tool creates a file from transferred data.)
