Copy Mode Function Buttons
Favorites
Settings can be called whenever necessary.
The recommended settings are pre-registered as
favorites.
Registering frequently used settings can be useful.
For more information, see "Adding as a Favorite"
(p.79).

Touch [Favorites].
The [Favorites] screen is displayed.

Select a favorite item.
Set values are shown in a list on the screen.
The following settings can be configured from the
sub menu.

Rename
•
Delete

Touch [OK].

You cannot rename or delete favorites that are

^
registered as factory settings.

Additional Copy
This function prints out a copy of the original that
was copied last. The original does not need to be
scanned again.
•
Additional Copy cannot be made in the
^
^
following cases.

When the administrator has not permitted
the use of the additional copy function

When auto reset has been executed after
copying the original
-
When the user is logged out

Touch [Additional Copy] after the
copy job is finished.
The [Additional Copy] screen is displayed.

Specify the number of copies using
the numeric keys.

Touch [OK].
Printing of additional copies starts.
Sample Copy
The printing stops after one copy has been printed.
This function allows you to check the output before
making a large number of printouts.

If you set [Sort] to [Collated], you can use this

function to make one copy as a sample. (p.62
"Sort")

Touch [Sample Copy].
The [Sample Copy] screen is displayed.
