[Load]
This screen appears when you touch [Open] on
the folder list screen.
Function Buttons
A
Select a function that can be used in Storage mode.
View
B
The documents saved in a folder are displayed in a
list.

C
Use these buttons to switch the view pages.
The current page and total number of pages are
displayed.
Sub Menu
D
You can change the name of the selected document,
edit the settings for the document, or delete the
document.
You can also copy the selected document to a USB
flash drive or another folder.
View Selection Buttons
E
You can select whether to view the documents as
thumbnails or as a list.

Copies
F
Enter or check the number of copies to print.

[USB] Screen

You can operate and check USB jobs on this
screen.
The USB mode has two functions: [Save], which
allows you to save the scanned data to a USB
flash drive, and [Load], which enables printing of
documents (PRN files) saved to a USB flash drive
from the printer driver.
For specific instructions on how to save a
document to a USB flash drive, see "Output and
Destination" (p.107) in "Printing".
• Only PRN-format files can be printed.

• PRN files are output by the printer driver in a
format that was developed exclusively for
RISO KAGAKU CORPORATION. PRN files
cannot be opened using printers or
applications by other manufacturers.
