Custom Menu

You can register favorites and default settings, and
edit the button order.
For more information, see "Custom Menu" (p.79) in
"Copying".
Document Name

Touch the document name button to specify the
document name when saving a document to a
folder.
For more information, see "Document Name"
(p.88) in "Scanning".
• The owner's name cannot be added to the

document name.

Search

Touch this button to search documents in all
folders.

Touch [Search].
The [Search] screen is displayed.

Enter a text string that you want to
search for and touch [OK].

Touch this button to display a list of documents in
the folder.
Folder

Touch this button to display the folder list screen.
Search

Touch this button to search documents in the
opened folder.
Details

You can check the details of the selected
document. You can print this list from the sub
menu.
Sub Menu

The following settings can be configured for
selected documents.
• Rename
• Select All / Deselect all
• Delete
• Change Setting
• Copy to USB Drive (p.135)
• Copy to Folder (p.135)
