Symptom

even f the meda s set and
meda set lever s moved up.
Possible Cause
Cuttng wdth s wdened.
Settng of the prorty s set to
PROGRAM.
[ENTER] key s not pressed
after changng the TOOL
CONDITION.
Meda s loaded tlted.
Meda s slppng.
Roll meda s not set properly.
Changng of the hold-down
force of the push roller s not
sutable for the meda.
Meda s slppng.
Dstance adjust value s not
correct.
Meda s close to transparent
and meda sensor makes
false recognton. (Ths may
happen dependng on the
meda.)
Meda sensor malfunctons
wth strong scattered
reflection.
There may be defectve n the
operaton of the meda set
lever sensor.
Solution
Please revert the expand lmt to the
default settng.
Change the settng of the prorty to
MANUAL.
Check the TOOL CONDITION agan.
Reload the meda.
Perform pre feed once and make
mpresson to make t harder to slp.
Set the roll meda properly.
Please set a meda sutable for
changng the hold-down force.
Make the speed slower.
Increase the tool up speed.
Perform feedng.
Perform dstance adjust.
Transparent meda cannot be
detected. DISABLE the meda sensor
and set the cut area when ths knd of
meda s used.
Move the poston of the lght source.
Make s so no drect sunlght shnes.
Contact your sales representatve or
