CUSTOMER SERVICE REPORT
A Customer Service Report is located in the back of this manual. It is to be used
when returning the Model 2230 Series computer to the factory for repairs.
Completely fill out this report and include it with the unit in the shipping container.
Be sure to include the dash number portion of the Model number. This dash
number, found on the rear of the unit, and on the back of the title page, describes
the exact power requirements and operating characteristics of the instrument.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Pack the Model 2230 Series computer in its original packing materials (if still
available) or in a carton or box with two or three inches of shock absorbing
material surrounding it. Ship prepaid via the most suitable method.
