SERVICE/CHECK
Add Grease to Swing Gearbox
Replace Fuel Filter Elements (Diesel)
Replace In-Line Fuel Filter
Inspect the Parking Brake Pads
Inspect Tires for Damage
Check SCA level in cooling system
Lubricate the Wheel Bearings (Rear
Axle)
Check Swing Gear To Pinion
Backlash
Change the Transmission Oil and
Filter
Replace the Axle Wheel Hub
Lubricant (2)
Replace the Axle Housing Lubricant
(1)
Replace the Hoist Gearbox and
Brake Lubricant (Tulsa Model)
Replace Hoist Gearbox Lubricant
(Braden Model)
Replace the Hydraulic Oil
Replace the Hydraulic Oil Filter
Check the cooling system and
replace the Engine Coolant
Adjust the overhead set (valve lash),
steam clean the engine, and replace
the crankcase breather element
Inspect the Crane Structure and
Booms for Damage
Test the Rated Capacity Limiter
(RCL) - Optional
* Under extremely dusty conditions, the engine oil, oil filter and air cleaner element may require replacement more
frequently.
