Log book
The log book is supplied in the interest of accident prevention. It is a part of the product, and
must be kept up-to-date and together with the equipment at all times. Do not remove or discard
any parts of the log book. The log book records the complete maintenance history of the
product. The log book must be handed over to the new owner, if the ownership of the product
changes.
The owner (who has the primary responsibility), operators, and service personnel must

ensure that the log book is kept up-to-date.

the return sprocket.

Check the condition of the bolted joints and load carrying structures.
Check the condition and mounting of the securing components.
