How to Program Price Per Volume Menu Code 4
This menu code allows the Manager to set price per volume data at the dispenser.
NOTE: If the dispenser is Volume only, no price is required. However, mode 15 must be set
for "1" (Fleet option turned on - No pricing).
Note : If the dispenser is connected to a control console, the prices will be automatically
downloaded from the console.
Note : If there is no price, and mode 15 is set for 1, and no console is connected, the dis
penser will not reset and will not operate.
To program price per volume data, follow this procedure:
NOTE: The access code (Menu 3) must be entered into the pump before this mode may be
entered.
1. Press the 4 button and then the MODE button on the keypad. See Figure 1. The Price Per vol-
ume display is shown. See Figure 2.
2. Use the 0 through 9 buttons on the keypad to enter the price. See Figure 2.
When the first digit of the new price is entered the main display indicates the new digit in the
right most display. The new price appears on the Price Per Volume display window. In this
example, $1.899 was programmed. See Figure 3.
NOTE: If an error is made, press the buttons on the keypad until the correct price appears in
the Price Per Volume display window.
3. When the correct price appears in the Price Per Volume display window, press the ENTER
button. The PPV displays the new price. See Figure 3.
4. Press the CANCEL button to exit this menu code.
