Thread lubricant must be applied on all conduit hub threaded connections.
SpectraSensors recommends using Syntheso Glep1 or equivalent lubricant on all
conduit screw threads.

Once you have verified that the J22 TDLAS Gas Analyzer is functional and that the
analyzer circuit is de-energized, you are ready to connect the sample supply,
sample purge, pressure relief vent (if applicable), validation source (if applicable)
and purge supply (if applicable) gas lines. All work must be performed by
technicians qualified in pneumatic tubing.
SpectraSensors recommends using electropolished 6 mm (1/4 in.) O.D. seamless
stainless steel tubing. Refer to 2: on page 149 for supply and return port
locations.

Description
Process samples may contain hazardous material in
potentially flammable and/or toxic concentrations. Personnel
should have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the
physical properties and safety precautions for the sample
contents before installing the sample system.
Do not exceed 0.7 barg (10 PSIG) in the sample cell. Damage
to cell may result.
