11.1 Introduction

Table 11-1 gives a summary of the preventive maintenance procedures and guidelines on
frequency.
Item
Check E-Stop, enable and key switches, and barrier
interlocks
Check mounting bolts on all modules and brackets
Clean the heat sink fins on all MB-10s
Track the usage on the encoder battery and replace when
required.
Track the usage on the MB-10 internal battery and replace
when required.
NOTE: The frequency of these procedures will depend on the particular
system, its operating environment, and amount of usage. Use the times in
