Insufficient E2T resources

IP Phones.
The 5560 IP Turret cannot
be a member of a Multicall
group even though it can
be assigned a Multicall line
key in the Multiline Set
Keys form.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Ensure that COR and interconnect
restrictions allow the paging and
paged parties to connect.
Ensure system has adequate
resources to support paging
requirements. Refer to the
Engineering Guidelines for details
