The Process Drive:
Transmits torque to two camshafts. The Transfix Camshaft
controls the Transfix Roller loading, and the Drum Maintenance Camshaft
actuates the Drum Maintenance Kit and Printhead tilt system.
The Media Drive:
Controls each roller in the media transport path. The Media
Drive consists of a drive motor, a gearbox, two clutches, and a solenoid. The
Media Drive motor also controls the movement of the Wiper Blade and
headlock mechanism through a gear train and solenoid on the Exit Module.
