Check that the ambient room temperature is

Is the room too cold or too hot?
Ensure ground integrity (see "Ensuring

Are all components grounded properly?
Inspect and reseat the wiring to the ink

loader. Check for open wires.
Did this correct the problem?
Run the appropriate Ink Melt test.
