Troubleshooting Procedure for 13,136 to 13,199 Error Code (Printhead)
Step Questions and Actions
Check that the ambient room temperature is

within specifications (see "Environmental
Specifications" on page 1-12).
Is the room too cold or too hot?
Ensure ground integrity (see "Ensuring

Ground Integrity" on page 4-65).
Are all components grounded properly?
Use Service Diagnostics to run the Left

Jetstack Temperature test.
Did the test pass?
Check and reseat all wiring to the Printhead.

Did this correct the problem?
13,200.41: The Printhead right jetstack heater is too hot.
13,202.43: The Printhead right jetstack heater took too long to reach its
setpoint.
13,259.46: The Printhead right jetstack thermistor circuit is open.
13,261.48: The Printhead right jetstack thermistor circuit is shorted.
13,263.41: The Printhead right jetstack thermistor returned a bad reading, or
the reading was corrupted by ESD.
