Select [Fax Mailbox].

Select [Delete Mailbox

Using the keypad on the

control panel enter the

mailbox number.

Using the keypad on the

control panel enter the four-

digit mailbox password

(0000-9999). The password

will be displayed as ****).

Select [Enter].

Delete Mailbox Contents

The DC440/432/430/426/425/420 confirms deletion after the

mailbox number and password have been entered.
