Select [All Services].The
pop-up window will be
displayed.
Select the Feature option
required or select [Close] to
cancel.

Job Status button

Select [Job Status] on the
control panel.
The Print Queue is the default
setting and will be automatically
displayed.
Select [Other Queues] to
display the queues available.

Use Job Status to check on the progress of a job and if
necessary to change its position in a queue.
NOTE: The queues available are dependent on the machine
configuration.
Print Queue Maintains pending and active jobs that are to be printed. These
include copy jobs, network print jobs, fax print jobs and report
jobs.
Maintains all print jobs that have been successfully completed,
canceled by a user or canceled due to a fault.
Fax Queue Maintains all pending Embedded Fax transmission jobs
including send, broadcast send, poll, multi-poll and any current
active Embedded Fax jobs. This queue will also include all Fax
