System Shutdown

How to Shut Down

Using the mains power switch before equipment has fully shut down may result in
irreversible loss of data.
Switch off mains power before connecting or disconnecting cables.
The on/off button does not disconnect the Monitor Cart from mains voltage. Use the mains
power switch ④ and unplug mains power cable to ensure complete voltage disconnection.
How to Reset
Step
To reset the computer (if system has frozen or has not completely shut down) press on/off button
① for five seconds.
Waiting Periods
When disconnecting the system from line voltage, wait at least 10 seconds before
reconnecting it.
Do not turn off system during boot-up. Otherwise, configuration files and other data on
hard disk may be damaged or lost.
Emergency
In case of emergency only, use mains power switch and unplug detachable mains power
cable to insulate the equipment from Supply Mains. The system is equipped with UPS, do
not only disconnect the detachable mains power cable but always also turn the mains
power switch to the off setting to disconnect all mains power.
Power Failure
Should a power failure occur, be aware that the UPS only keeps the system running for
maximum five minutes. Apply mains power or shut down the system to avoid irreversible
loss of data.

Shut down system using the software.
When the standby LED turns off, shut off mains power switch ④.
When the mains power LED turns off, unplug and secure all cables, storage devices and
MP3 players.
Unplug the mains power cable from the Monitor Cart.
