Adjusting Camera Position

Before You Begin
Do not sit or stand on the Camera Cart.
Do not lean on the camera arm.
How to Manually Adjust Camera
The camera head can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and can be turned 90°.

NOTE: Contact Brainlab support if you are having difficulty adjusting the camera position.
System Joints
When adjusting the arm of the cart, be careful that fingers or other body parts do not
accidentally become pinched in the joints of the system.
Moving Parts
Be extremely careful not to clamp fingers or other body parts when positioning the Camera Cart.
Camera Cart joints that may clamp body parts include, but are not limited to:
Camera Cart post
Camera axis

Grip camera handle or Sterile Camera Handle Sleeve (see page 99) and move camera
to desired position.
Use positioning laser to assist with adjustment (see page 74).
Release camera handle.
Camera will hold the position.
