Positioning Patient

Before You Begin
Keep the EM Tracking Unit running for about 10 minutes before using the system.
Aside from the patient reference, all objects must be removed from the generated EM field.
Ensure that any metal objects (e.g., piercings) have been removed.
Never touch the patient and any system parts or electrical interfaces at the same time.
Do not position the EM Tracking Unit or parts of it onto the patient!
EM Tracking Field of View
The navigation volume starts at 50 mm from the EM Field Generator front. The optimal working
distance is between 100 and 350 mm from the EM Field Generator front.
