Locking Monitors

How to Lock and Unlock Monitors and Cart Arms

Before using the system, lock the Monitor Cart joints into the required position using the
screwable locks to avoid unintentional movement.
When to Lock
Ensure that all cart arm locks are secure:
• Before using the touchscreens
• Before docking the system
• Before transportation

Turn the locking knob ① counterclockwise until the relevant joint moves easily.
Once the desired position is reached, turn the locking knob ① clockwise to lock the moni-
tor or cart arm.
Gently check that the monitor/cart arm does not move when touched.
Tighten the locking knob if monitor/cart arm movement is still possible.
