3-13 REAR JACK INSTALLATION (2210-13 & -15)
A rear jack assembly is used on the rear of the
2210-13 & -15 Disc Chisel models. This is ex-
tremely helpful if an attachment has been added to
the rear of the machine for stability.
3-13.1 Attach rear extended jack mount to the
rear frame of the Disc Chisel using u-bolts
and hex lock nuts (See Figure 3-19).
IMPORTANT
THE REAR JACK TUBE SHOULD BE LO-
CATED TO THE REAR OF THE DISC CHISEL
NEAR THE CENTER OF THE FRAME (SEE
FIGURES 2-3 AND 2-4 FOR LOCATIONS).
3-13.2 Slide rear jack tube into rear extended
jack mount from the bottom and hold in de-
sired location with wing lock pin, 1/4 x 3 slot-
ted roll pin, and 3/16 hair pin.
