All examples refer to module ID = 1, i.e. set CP valve
terminal address 1.
Example 1: Start CANopen network

In order to set valves on the CP valve terminal, the
receive PDO must be sent by the master. In the
example only output 0 is set. Any outputs already set
will be reset.
