Read 16 channels 16-bit Slave in. Data (OP_RD_16BIT_IN_CX)
With this command, 16 channels of the 16-bit input-data for slaves with succes-
sive addresses according to slave profile (S-7.3, S-7.4, S-7.5, S-7.A.8, S.A.9,
S-7.A.A) can be read.
