1.
Switch master in configuration mode.
2.
Write slave configuration to master.
3.
Write new list of projected slaves (LPS).
4.
Write permanent parameter (PP) to master.
5.
Switch master to protected mode.
6.
Wait until master is in normal operation Mode (and protected mode).
