When the internal number you have called is busy

There are a couple of methods you can use if the set you are
calling is currently busy.

Priority Call

If you get a busy signal or a Do Not Disturb message when you
call someone in your office, you can interrupt them. Use this
feature for urgent calls only.

Making a priority call
