MADISON 250
FRONT AND REAR STOP SWITCH
• Disconnect the red and blue terminals.16).
• Operate one of the two brake levers:
- Tester terminal (+): blue terminal
- Tester terminal (-): red terminal
- No continuity : replace the "stop" switch
- Continuity : continue searching.
• Check the continuity of the blue and of the red cable - if the continuity is broken, repair (see electric diagram).
ELECTRONIC BOX
• Since inside the "CDI" box there are diodes, condensers and other electronic components, it is recommended to carry
out any check with the DSE tool (Ducati), using the adaptor, code 01727700.
CABLE CONNECTION
• Check the connections of the whole ignition system, read the "electric diagram" paying attention to the cable colours
and to the cable fitting into the various connectors.
INTERRUPTEUR STOP AVANT ET ARRIÈRE
• Débrancher les cosses rouge et bleue.
• Contrôler la continuité à l'aide du testeur (
• Serrer l'une des deux poignées de frein:
- Borne (+) testeur: cosse bleue
- Borne (-) testeur: cosse rouge
- Pas de continuité: changer l'interrupteur "stop"
- Continuité: poursuivre la recherche.
• Vérifier la continuité du câble bleu et du câble rouge - s'ils sont interrompus, réparer (voir schéma électrique).
UNITE CENTRALE ELECTRONIQUE
• Vu qu'à l'intérieur de l'unité centrale "CDI" se trouvent des diodes, des condensateurs et autres composants électroniques,
nous conseillons d'effectuer le contrôle à l'aide de l'instrument DSE (Ducati), en utilisant l'adaptateur code 01727700.
BRANCHEMENT CABLES
• Contrôler les connexions de tout le système d'allumage, en consultant le "schéma électrique" et en faisant
particulièrement attention aux couleurs des câbles et à leur introduction dans les différents connecteurs.
INTERRUPTOR STOP ANTERIOR Y POSTERIOR
• Desconectar los terminales rojo y azul.
• Controlar la continuidad con el tester (
• Accionar una de las dos palancas del freno:
- Terminal (+) tester: terminal azul
- Terminal (-) tester: terminal rojo
- No hay continuidad : sustituir el interruptor "stop"
- Hay continuidad : continuar la búsqueda.
• Comprobar la continuidad del cable azul y del cable rojo - si interrumpidos reparar (ver esquema eléctrico).
CENTRAL ELECTRONICA
• Dado que en el interior de la central "CDI" hay diodos, condensadores y otros componentes electrónicos, se aconseja
efectuar el control con el instrumento DSE (Ducati), utilizando el adaptador cod. 01727700.
CONEXION CABLES
• Controlar las conexiones de todo el sistema de encendido, consultando el "esquema alámbrico" prestando atención a
los colores de los cables y a su conexión en los diferentes conectores.
