Overview
This appendix describes the technical specifications of the Matrox 4Sight GPm
unit.
Motherboard
• Matrox custom form factor.
• Integrates processing, display, storage, networking, PoE, and I/O functionality.
• One of the following processors:
- Intel Core i7-3517UE processor (Ivy bridge).
- Intel Core i3-3217UE processor (Ivy bridge).
- Intel Celeron 1047UE processor (Ivy bridge).
- Intel Celeron J1900 processor (Bay trail-D).
• Matrox 4Sight GPm (Ivy Bridge) has an Intel Platform Controller Hub (PCH)
HM76 Express chipset (combined northbridge and southbridge).
This feature is not available on the Matrox 4Sight GPm (Bay Trail) since its
processor is embedded in an SoC.
• Two video output ports which allow you to connect either two digital display
devices or one digital and one analog display device.
• A SATA controller.
• USB 2.0/3.0 controllers: Matrox 4Sight GPm (Ivy Bridge) has 6 USB interfaces
(4 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0), whereas Matrox 4Sight GPm (Bay Trail) has 3 USB
interfaces (1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0).
