⑨Alarm HI and LO limits
Overload of the ch1 value and ch2 value is monitored.
When they exceed the alarm HI limit or fall below the alarm LO limit, the external output "ALM"
turns ON.
Alarm HI limit:
Alarm LO limit:
* The setting value is common to ch1 and ch2.
・ For initial value, since both the alarm HI and LO limits are invalid as default settings, set them
again for use.
・Since the alarm HI limit and LO limit are independent, simple use of either one of them is also
possible.
