1. Remove the two screws at the rear of
the lid cover.
2. Tilt the rear of lid cover up, then push
toward the front of the fryer to
remove the lid cover.
3. Inspect the lid pressure pin, lid lock
assembly, lid handle weldment and
stop for damage or wear.
4. Clean off oil accumulation and lubricate
as needed.
N N O O T T E E : If any of these parts are broken or
missing, take the fryer out of service until
repairs are made.
