Description
Query the Y value of cursor B in auto cursor measurement. The unit depends on the
vertical unit currently selected.
Explanation
In auto cursor measurement, cursor B of Y type is not required for some of the
measurement items. At this point, the query returns 9.9E37.

The query returns the Y value of cursor B in scientific notation.
