► Start the firmware download with [OK]
In the lower part of the screen CODESYS shows the progress of the firmware download
[Downloading...]
► After the file has been transferred to the device restart the device via a power
reset
As soon as the device restarts it automatically installs the new firmware During
installation the [RDY Led] flashes orange This can take up to 7 minutes After
installation the [RDY Led] lights green
40 Check firmware version
The firmware version can be read in [CoE-Objekt 0x100A] (Manufacturer
SoftwareVersion)
► Open the program [PLC_PRG] in CODESYS
► Start the function block [ETC_CO_SdoRead] with [xExecute]
> This function block reads the software version of the device and indicates the
result in [pBuffer]
