short-circuited.
The motor wiring is in error.
IGBT is abnormal.
The setting of control
parameter is in error.
The setting of control
command is in error.
AL002
Over voltage
Causes
The input voltage of the main
circuit is higher than the
rated allowable voltage.
Wrong power input
(incorrect power system)
The hardware of the servo
drive is damaged.
AL003
Under voltage
Causes
The input voltage of the main
circuit is lower than the rated
allowable voltage.

Checking Method
Check if the wiring between the motor
and the drive is correct and see if the
wire is short-circuited.
Check if the wiring steps are correct
when connecting the motor to the drive.
The temperature of the heat sink is
abnormal.
Check if the setting value exceeds the
default setting.
Check if the command is doing
reasonable variation.
Checking Method
Use voltmeter to see if the input voltage
of the main circuit is within the rated
allowable voltage value. (please refer to
Appendix A)
Use voltmeter to see if the power
system matches with the specification.
Use voltmeter to see if the input voltage
of the main circuit is within the rated
allowable voltage value but the error still
occurs.
Checking Method
Check if the input voltage wiring of the
main circuit is normal.
Use the voltmeter to see if the voltage of
the main circuit is normal.
Use the voltmeter to see if the power
system matches the specification.
Cleared after re-power on
Checking Method
The encoder is abnormal.
Check the encoder connector.
Connect to the right motor.
Cleared by DI.ARST
Corrective Actions
Eliminate short-circuit and avoid
metal conductor being exposed.
Rewiring by following the wiring
description from the user manual.
Send the drive back to the
distributors or contact Delta.
Setting back to the default setting
and then gradually adjust the
value.
Modify the switching rate of
issuing command or enable filter.
Cleared by DI.ARST
Corrective Actions
Connect to the correct power
supply or serial voltage regulator.
Connect to the correct power
supply or serial voltage
transformer.
Send the drive back to the
distributors or contact with Delta.
Cleared when voltage returns to normal value
Corrective Actions
Re-confirm the voltage wiring.
Check the power switch.
Connect to the correct power
supply or serial voltage
transformer.
Corrective Actions
Change the motor.
Install the motor again.
Change the motor.
